When you email us, we use the information you choose to provide to respond to your enquiry and manage the conversation. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless we have agreed that it is needed for a specific purpose.
Theatre updates
Our newsletter form asks for your email address and your explicit consent to receive news about performances, projects and ways to support the theatre. We use Wix to store your subscription and consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing mariupoltheatre@gmail.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. Newsletter emails will also provide an unsubscribe option.
We keep subscription information while you wish to receive updates. If you unsubscribe, we stop using your address for these updates and may retain the minimum record needed to respect your choice. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about its use.
Hosting and service providers
This site is hosted on Wix. Wix processes technical information needed to deliver and protect its services, and handles data submitted through Wix Forms. Its services may involve processing outside your country. For details, see Wix’s privacy policy. If you follow links to social networks or partner websites, their own privacy policies apply.
Donations
Online donations are not currently available on this site. Please contact us to discuss supporting the theatre. Never send card details by email. Payment-provider information and recurring-support instructions will be provided when a verified donation service is available.
Your choices
For questions, requests or concerns, email mariupoltheatre@gmail.com. Depending on the law applicable to you, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of your data, and complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
Access to our website and work
We want people to be able to discover the theatre, contact us and participate in our work. We are improving keyboard navigation, text contrast, image descriptions and layouts across different screen sizes.
If a page, video or document is difficult to access, email mariupoltheatre@gmail.com. Tell us which content you need and the format that would help. You can also contact us about access requirements for a performance, residency or workshop; arrangements depend on the venue and project.
